Keep them plain in the freezer all the time then you can thaw them & let people top their own. Like a taco bar for dessert.

Yay! So glad this popped up on my feed. I've been wanting to try your cheesecake recipe but currently working with a temporary small oven that can't hold a cheesecake pan especially the additional water pan. I really want to try these they look amazing as always!

Grew up with pecan trees in the Outskirts of Baton Rouge called Zachery, LA in the 60s. We called them Pacon(s). Never heard other versions til way later in life. Go figure. Those look delicious and the chocolate pecans would be my favorite. Thanks for your recipe.
