How to Make Mini Solar E-Rickshaw / Homemade Personal Tuk-Tuk

Hi friends today I am going to show how to make a mini solar electric rickshaw for personal use.
Here I use a 48v,350w old electric scooter hub motor at the front and e rickshaw wheel at rare. This vehicle will be very useful on rainy days for 3-person (2 adults and a child) instead of a bike. I installed a 12v,125w solar panel on the top of the vehicle for charging the battery in the sun.
The speed of the Vehicle is 27-30km/h .To increase speed, load capacity and good braking you have to use differential gear with motor at the rare wheel.
Dimensions of the vehicle (Inches):
Total height from ground - 62''
The total length of structure - 82'' (indicator to indicator)
Length of base - 69''
Ground clearance - 9''
Width of the structure - 26''

да, можно было на таком бы в россии кататься, менты же доеб..тся с правами и прочей ху.той, такое собрать в принципе в гаражах не сложно, бензин не нужен, транспорт легкий удобный комфортный, просто в индии рикши это основа, а в рашке сосать бабло с бензина и вые..ваться своей тачкой, типо я главный и втопить 200 на трассе +200 и сбить пешеходов и аварии, у них народа много, есть место для КОМФОРТНОГО передвижения на самокатах великах трициклах рикшах скутерах, как и в китае, я катаюсь на фэтбайке(электро, максималка 50, запас хода 180км) ТОЛЬКО(машину иметь не могу, меня в ней укачивает, врач сказал без шансов), поэтому ты прав, этот мастер всё сделал красиво!!!

Excellent. The easiest and most effective. But I shall try using all aluminium. I have all the tools now except the tube bender. I intend to build my own bender using bolts and tubes. Maybe a standard pipe bender can be useful.

Very nicely built project, but I'm puzzeld by your choise of a 12 volts solar panel. I used one 72 VOC solar panel and a solar charge controller that can handle incoming voltage of up to 90 volts to charge the 48 volts battery I made for my YAMAHA golf cart. I have been driving it for 9 months purely on solar power. Drove it one day for 35 km.

Cred ca proiectul e facut de tehnician cu studii pentru a rezista la sarcini +dupa cum prezinti executia nu este prima,deci succes la mai multe. Ca sugestie poate va proiecteaza si variante ce pot accepta panouri fotovoltaice si pe fata spate laterale chiar mai mici ,asfel creste capacitatea de incarcare,poate in zonele cu umiditate cadrul sa fie macar partial din Aluminiu.
