I started working on part 1 of this tutorial and I am very excited to work on part 2! My mom sent me some pictures of heirloom plates that belonged to my grandmother. I'm going to use those patterns and some of yours as well to make some plates for my dolls. Thank you for these great tutorials!

Your images of the miniature plates are just so pretty! I can imagine how to use them as embellishments on crafting in some other ways! Can I use them to do so?

Hi Coco, I have just finished watching your afternoon tea platter. It was gorgeous and will certainly be making one of those. From there I watched Part 2 of your plate making video. Thank you so much for sharing your advice on how to shrink the image. I am not very good with computers and don’t think I have Microsoft. Maybe I can download a free version. I had problems with my computer and had it repaired . They removed Microsoft as I didn’t want to pay for the update each year and as I am older didn’t think there was a need for it. Now I am starting to regret this decision. Anyway thank you for all your videos, I just love watching them all. Your designs are absolutely beautiful. Cheers Robyn ❤😊

Hi, I am working on designing the plate patterns. Those ones from the internet I can't just provide the sheet for printing, they are all copyright. I will post it once I am done with the patterns. Thank you for your support.

Thanks for the info on how to print the plates pics! I searched dinnerware sets on Amazon and got tons of pics to use so sizing is key of course. I also ordered the mold and look forward to playing!!

Have you thought of doing an oval plate shaper? Like a platter size? Or even a smaller dessert plate? Love these videos and am working on mine right now!

We do have an oval plate mold on our Etsy store. durandsdesignsca.etsy.com/ca/listing/1680255762/3d-printed-oval-shaped-mold-for As well as a bigger 1/6 scale mold. durandsdesignsca.etsy.com/ca/listing/1683569996/16-scale-3d-printed-round-mold-for You can go a bit smaller on the size but it is harder to get a good shape if you go too small.

Would the process work with inkjet printer or you have to have a laser?

I printed with both, all turned out nicely. The key is that the original picture is clear enough.

What is the transparent coat that you applied in the end?

I use mod Podge hard coat first. Then a glossy coat of mod Podge
