I'm a professional bartender who worked in South East Asia and Europe. I worked in such cities like London, Kuala Lumpur and Cracow. Now I'm taking old time classic, mojito to compare how we do it in Europe and how Asians are doing it. Difference between both ways isn't major. Only thing different is ice we use, but final effect is different and here you can see on your own eyes.
Cocktail recipe:
1os Whit Rum
3-4 lime wedges
2 spoons of raw sugar
Handful of mint
Soda water
