● 5-6 Tbsp Oil
● 1 Tbsp Ghee
● 2 Large Onions
●2 Tbsp grated garlic
●2 Tbsp grated ginger
● 1 Tsp Salt
● 1 Tsp Cumin (Jeera)
●1 Tsp Coriander (Dhaniya)
● 1 Tsp Garam Masala
● 3 TBSP Biryani Masala (Ready Made-contains Salt in mix)
● 1KG Mutton ( Large pieces with Bone)
● 2 TBSP Natural Yogurt
● 1 to 1.5 Litre of water
RICE (1KG)
●2.5 litres Water
● 2 TBSP Cumin (Jeera)
● 2-4 Bay leaves
● 1 sliced Lemon
● 4-5 whole green chillis
● 8-10 Dried Plums (aloo bukhara)
● Salt (2.5 tbsp) or to taste
●Rice (1kg)
● 1 cup of Fresh Coriander leaves
● 2 Sliced tomatoes
●yellow food colouring (optional)
