Great video! I had the same problem the first time I made these with a lot of the sesame seeds falling off during frying. Then I tried sprinkling the sesame seeds in between the nori and rice paper layers and that worked like a charm! You just need to make sure the rice paper sheets are really damp so that they adhere well to the nori sheets even with the sesame seeds in between them. I also sprinkle a little sugar and salt in between as well to taste depending on who I’m making them for. My son is 12 and he loves the ones with a little sugar when he’s craving something sweet!

Looks delicious. Why don’t you put the sesame seeds between the nori and rice paper sheets. It might hold them on better.

I tried this in the microwave for 1 minutes. It works just as good. Depending on your microwave, you might have to put a little bit longer. No need to fry. On top of the seaweed i sprinkled some salt before placing the second rice paper

Why don’t u use a bigger plate to wet ur rice paper or u could even use the kitchen sink
