Thank you so much for the recipe 😊 I have tried the green colour. But according to the mentioned procedure I got army green/ mehendi colour. I tried again by using very less sugar(1/2-1 spoon) and NO lemon juice and it came out well “leaf green colour”. It did not crystallise because of adding less sugar. It did not have any flavour of Palak even before adding sugar. So, we can use it without sugar and lemon juice too. I hope this will help those who are trying for the first time😊

I have a home based bakery So are you sure these colors won’t gige any kind of taste ? These are no taste food coloring gel

Why don't you try using gelling sugar.? This sugar also has pectin in it.

@@meirfan4657 yes, you can use it undoubtedly according to what I have mentioned. I have used this for my son’s birthday cake. I have used homemade orange flavour to this gel/green colour palak juice after cooking.

This is one of the best tutorials on making fruits and vegetables natural food colouring that I've seen so far on YT. But grinding Safran with sugar before dissolving it on water is brilliant!🌈👍

Saffron might cost you $16. Somebody else used mango for yellow. You might want to try that instead of Saffron.

Hello maam, Aaj mene colours try kiye, bot shandaar experience raha, mene in colors se pan cakes banaye, or aap believe nahi karenge tiny tiny colourful cakes mere bete ko bot pasand aaye, beetroot palak or even mene angoor ka bhi banaya, mere yaha cabbage nahi mili to bana nahi paai... Thank you for this. I'm trying to cut out chemicals whenever possible, and this just cut them out of our frosting. Can this be frozen to last even longer? Also, if I were to cook down the veg/fruit juice before adding the sugar, would the color be more intense? Thanks so much!
