I have been to 26 sub-Saharan African countries in my life. I worked in Legos Nigeria and the life of me I only know how to cook one African recipe and that is jollof rice . I am interested in the food of West Africa, and I've been reading some blogs about some of these recipes. I came across your channel, and this is just what I'm looking. I love soup, and I think this hot pot Nigerian rice recipe would be a nice dish to put together. I did ring the bell so that I can get more of your content which I think is quite good!
