This is how to make the easiest Nigerian Fried Rice from start to finish
Very easy and detailed.
INGREDIENTS
* chicken (2kg)
* 3 chicken cubes
* 2 tspn salt
* 1 & 1/2 tspn curry powder
* 1 & 1/2 tspn thyme
* 1 big size Onions
* 1 tablespoon ginger/garic paste (could be minced or grated)
* 2 small scotch Bonnet pepper (optional)
* 3 cups rice (I used maharani basmati rice)
* 2 cups chicken stock
* 1 cup water
* 1 tspn seasoning powder
* 1 teaspoon curry powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
Veggies
* 1 bunch Scallions (spring onion)
* 3 medium size Carrot (diced)
* 1 red bell pepper
* 1 greem bell pepper
* 1 cup Green peas/beans
* 1/2 cup Sweetcorn
season with
* 1 teaspoon salt,seasoning powder, white pepper, curry & thyme
EXTRA PROTEIN
chicken breast
season with salt, seasoning, paprika, onion powder
Liver
seasoned with salt, seasoning cube, onions
You can double or divide the ingredients depending on the quantity you are making.

This is the recipe I have been using too, it's top notch! I'm also glad I've learnt new things to spice things up, how better can it get 😍 thank you ❤️. You can also fry the rice with some onions, and some curry. This gives the rice a bright shinny green colour. When the rice is almost done cooking also, I usually would slice fresh onions into it. It gives it a very yummy and unique taste. You can try it out.

Found your recipe of fried no different than Asian fried rice since there made with shrimp or pork. Although cooking is very important and the color makes the favors pop. My only take back was your laughing took away from of different seasons you were using. Also in America we fry our chicken with flour and will introduce my family as a surprise no flour cooking. The problem at home is that we always cook plenty fried rice on Christmas like 8 cups, I don't know if this method can work for plenty fried rice,and the rice always becomes mushy or sticky, what should I do ma?

Use same method. Don't cook too long! Wash rice thoroughly. Use a bigger pot and get a wooden spoon when frying

Yes it does, I've always used this method, and I've actually did a quarter of 50kg of rice with this same method before......the best method for me so far! Bigger pot, More ingredients, same process!
