Are those 4oz bags you bought? And how long did they last? I’m 34 weeks and wondering if I should buy the herbs in 4oz or 1lb bags.

I bought 4oz bags and they say they'll be good for about a year. I'd say you'll be safe with 4oz bags!

Any known side effects to Nora tea? I made my own and took it for 2 months and really enjoyed it but experienced horribly painful periods those 2 cycles! Maybe the red raspberry leaf? Do I do less of it or just drink less of the tea? I was drinking a quart a week.

I haven't experienced side effects myself but definitely speak with your care provider if you're uncertain.
