I personally agree with the points mentioned by Muhammad Awaid because when I was preparing for the post of the Excise Department (Assistant Director). I prepared both the short and long notes, and It helped me a lot.

I agree with you but everyone has their own mentality how they make notes.Long notes is good for backup in explanation and we should make short notes for exam point of view just in bullet form if you have strong concept of a topic which you studied.

Sir I.have a question , sometimes its became too perplexed for me nd may be for others , I don't know how.to give a answers to assigned question , how.would be there length , content material , sometimes.it seems that I m wasting my time to one question which us not required more tym than another , for example , in politics Question is what is ideology of pakistan , now answer would be(def, writer's point of view , based on , imp , reasons of pakistan came into being and ther elucidation like there factors (two nation , language controversy ,..etc), conclusion) is it right ,?
