2 tablespoons (approximately 30 grams) all-purpose flour
2 large apples, peeled and diced
20 grams butter
300 milliliters milk
1 egg

Hello guys, today I’ll show you how to quickly make delicious pancakes from apples and oatmeal! Start by grinding 1 cup of oatmeal in a coffee grinder. Add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour (approximately 30 grams) and mix everything. Peel and dice 2 large apples.
Heat a frying pan over low heat and melt 20 grams of butter. Put the diced apples in the pan and stew them with the lid closed for about 7 minutes.
In a blender bowl, combine the stewed apples and 300 milliliters of milk. Blend until you get a thick smoothie. Add 1 egg and blend again with the blender.
Pour the liquid into the mixture of flour and oats and mix well with a whisk. Lightly grease the pan with olive oil and pour 1 ladle of pancake mixture. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes on low heat on each side.
When the top of the pancake becomes matte in color, add a bit of olive oil and flip it to the other side. These pancakes are very soft and delicate; they can easily tear, so it's better to flip them using a plate greased with olive oil or a second pan.
Make sure the pancake doesn't burn; if it's happening, reduce the heat. Once cooked, serve the pancakes warm and enjoy their soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
