All I did was make a tester (half this recipe) to confirm if I’d still bring it to Thanksgiving, and I promise you will not regret it. The original recipe is already great by itself, but I opted for smoked paprika instead of regular and added some mustard to the egg mixture. It is sooooo good and I can’t wait until Thursday!

I just want to say that the comments did not lie. This was my second time making mac & cheese for my very honest and picky family. My first one with another recipe received mixed reviews, wasn't bad but wasn't like my grandma’s. But THIS one here received 10/10’s all around. I will be saving and making this recipe forever, and I can half way remember it by heart because Danni is so entertaining lol I used just Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella because provolone was out and it turned out just as tasty.

When I got married , my first dinner for my husband was Mac and cheese and fried chicken and string beans. I forgot to put the milk in the Mac and cheese !! He never said a word !! He sat there and crunched and crunched !! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 The chicken wasn't done , so it was slimy, but he still ate it , not saying a word !!! 😂😂😂😂😂 The string beans had no seasoning at all !!
