This is a short video on how to make orange zest.
Orange Zest adds a delicious flavour to any baked product where its needed. it softens the glutton in the flour and gives a "melt in the mouth feel" when you bite into said cake.
I personally love that distinct taste of orange zest in my vanilla and red velvet cakes.
This process is same for Lemon and lime zest
