I recently made a dirt cake. I used homemade whipped cream and scratch made chocolate pudding cause I’ve always preferred chocolate pudding in dirt cake as it looks more like dirt and compliments the Oreos. I also used mascarpone instead of regular cream cheese, mostly cause it was cheaper and I find it a bit easier to work with than regular cream cheese in a no-bake cheesecake filling like that; I’ve made dirt cake as a kid with whipped cream cheese as well and it works. A tip I have, especially for the summer, is to freeze it for at least 1 hour after each layer to allow it to set and retain structure better, as well as make it a fun frozen summer treat (just add the gummy worm decoration at the last minute to avoid solid gummy candies).

Interesting. My neighbors daughter has been making this for years as I always look forward to having some, though I've seen her make it one time , she doesn't use a blender as it refines the cookies to well , but either way I'm sure yours tastes just great anyways. Everyone has their own methods. 😎👍
