Here I have shared the correct ratio of mixing these commonly available organic fertilizers to get NPK 3-4-3 and NPK 3-1-2 fertilizers. NPK 3-4-3 is ideal for all the vegetables and fruiting plants, while NPK 3-1-2 is ideal for all the flowering plants. Apart from the N, P, K, these fertilizers also contain other essential macro and micro nutrients that the plants need. Yes, you can do that. Adding mycorrhiza is always beneficial.

Can I skip bone meal or horn meal?

Yes, you can skip those, but as replacement of bone meal you need to add rock phosphate, about half the dose of bonemeal. And instead of horn meal you can use neem cake, about twice or thrice the amount of horn meal.

The final NPK might not be exact 3-1-2 or 3-4-3, but those will do the job.
