These would make excellent wedding favours for both kids and adults. If the thought of drawing 100 designs is daunting, you could order a printed edible image to add to your biscuits instead.
To make the sugar cookies you will need:
250g butter
180g caster sugar
1.5tsp vanilla (or flavouring of your choice)
1 egg
400g self raising flour
0.25tsp salt
This recipe will make approx. 20 of the large square biscuits featured. (11x11cm square)
- Roll out icing/fondant icing
- Cookie cutter
- Royal icing in colours of your choice
- Piping bags
- Edible ink pen
- Food safe paintbrush
