So I tried this PANI PURI recipe today and I made the teekha Pani.....which was really good...the thing that I changed was I stuffed the Pani Puri with (white peas ragda)as I like it that way!!.....and it was extremely tasted like the street side Pani Puri near me it was really yummm....I used the Puris that we get not the one which comes readymade!!as it's more hygienic to fry ur Puris at home only that also FRESH!!......U SHOULD REALLY GIVE THIS RECIPE A TRY!!.....U WILL THANK ME LATER FOR RECOMMENDING YOU THIS RECIPE!!! And u can add more imli of u like more on the khata side....if you want it to be khatta-Mitha u can add GUDD also....u can adjust this recipe as per ur wish!! I added GUDD as I wanted it to be spicy and mittha also!!and it tested really good!!

Bhaiyya, I don't know if the shop is still there but outside the Andheri West railway station , a few minute pass there was a store called Guptaji's chaat....His ragda pattice is too good.
