I love how you and Barbara are always collaborating and/or getting inspiration from each other. I’m subscribers to both of your channels, as well as Natasha’s Treasure Books, and I consider you three the Triad of junk journaling KZfaqrs with the most fun videos to watch since you talk through every step and share all the necessary details we need to know to successfully try these projects. I love your flowers as well as Barbara’s and Natasha’s. I’ve been buying punches for a while but haven’t exactly known what to do with the cutouts besides keeping them for some future projects. So I’m really excited to try making some flowers today! It’s such a simple way to use a lot of techniques and supplies at once to make so many unique designs.

Sooo kewwt! Tina! Cuz I REALLY need something else on my wish list! I think Santa is up to 'here' with me! I don't have those punches but I have a 1" circle cutter and a cool cutter that'll cut any size circle my little crafty heart desires. It seems that that flower makeing tool would be a very fun addition to my bag o' tricks! I'd love to stay and chat but I must go text Santa. 📲❤🎅 Bye for now, MK. ❤☀️🌬🌵

They turned out so beautiful! A couple of months ago our Dollar Store carried a tool pretty much like the one you are using in their crafting aisle. They also around the same time had cake decorating tools for making flowers and one in the kit had one like you are using too. I bought both. So now I have one metal and one hard plastic both a bit difference size. I’m tickled I can use them to make flowers like yours:)

Awesome timing Tina! I'm sitting here making hand cut poinsettias from dryer sheets with those exact tools 😄 if you gently spritz your flowers with water it makes shaping much easier. I've also ordered some flower dies and made my own stamen which don't leave a bulky lump when cut because I used skinny embroidery thread. fab idea changing the shape of the petals! Thanks for sharing your lovely flowers 💐💖

Great idea to turn them upside down - that was genius. (As was the snipping of the petals). They look fantastic. I did get some soft card (USA import), but I don't think that's needed. Thanks, xx

it works better when you use light pressure at first and as youre applying pressure make like a small circle motion in the petal

If you didn’t have the flower punches you could take apart the bought flower and draw round it, iron them flat maybe . I’ve got some nail art tools I could use, might have a try!
