Techies is one of ODs major counters mid. The reason you lose mid so often is u go and stack and the guy mid is 2 levels ahead of you.

@@xxsatxx because of his high damage... attack range and nukes. Od wants to get close to you to astral you. He has to decide to astral himself or techies when a bomb is latched to him. At lvl 3 techies can do 400 damage. At lvl 5 he can almost do 600 damage and that is not including autoattacks. Half of ODs life and if he chooses to astral you or himself he leaves himself open to a lot of damage and the longest attack range in the game. Does not mean he is a better hero... although i strongly think he is. He is a potential nuking carry much like lina.
