The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. Actually i found that one in store room. But you can use pvc pipe easy to get and that can give you comfortable grip.

1:2 ratio is really strong (cement:sand) for example if you want to make 10 kg dumbbell put 4 kg cement and 6kg sand.

Yeah u r right if you want to make extra strong you can make ratio like 1:2(cement:sand) you don't need water measurements.

If you put dr.fix it or some chemical to dry out fast no need to wait for long time but if you don’t put you have to wait for least 8,9 hrs
