Pinchos Ingredients
• 2 lbs. chicken thighs
• 2 lbs. pork chunks or boneless ribs
• Red onion
• 1 tablespoons of sofrito (blended onion, garlic, pepper, coriander or cilantro, and apple cider vinegar)
• ½ tablespoon of adobo (blended dried parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder)
