3/4 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp cinnamon spice
Optional: 1/2 tsp cardamom spice
1/4 tsp salt

1 egg- beaten
About 3/4 cup of warm milk
For the Filling:
1 tbsp. marge/ butter
1 cup plum jam discard
