We're in the plum fruit season again here in Kenya! This is the best time to use those plums to make plum jam. Once we've made the jam, what is left over doesn't have to be discarded. Make these very delicious plum jam rolls with the discard.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsps sugar
3/4 tsp instant yeast
1/2 tsp cinnamon spice
Optional: 1/2 tsp cardamom spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp. melted butter/marge
1 egg- beaten
About 3/4 cup of warm milk
For the Filling:
1 tbsp. marge/ butter
1 cup plum jam discard
Optional:
FOR THE FROSTING:
1 cup icing sugar
Juice of half large fresh lemon
