How to Make Pop Up Text in Premiere Pro 2023: Fastest Method

Today I will be going over how to make text pop up in Adobe Premiere Pro 2023, using the new method that was just released on the latest update. Make sure you are on Premiere Pro version 23.1 or newer, as any older version will not have the ability to do this.

A link to download the font is in the description! If you don't have the option to upgrade the graphic to a caption described at 2:07, make sure you are on the latest version of premiere pro (23.1 or newer). This option just came out, and if you are on an older version, you have to manually copy the text from the captions track onto a text layer.

Hii! Thank you so much for this video! I wanted to ask you if you know how to fix this problem: When I'm editing, I use automatic subtitles and they work fine at first. But then when I cut a part of the video or delete some subtitles, the screen goes black on preview, and on export too. The image and subtitles are not visible, but the audio is heard normally. What can be wrong? Thanks again!

The update for automatic captions came out in Premiere 2021, so you should have it. If you go to workspaces, is there an option for captions and graphics?

Download and install the font from the link in the description, and then restart premiere
