In this video I will go over the Nashville Number System and how you can use it to create or make popular chord progressions in your DAW. Rather than memorizing all the chords that are in every major and minor key you can use the Nashville Number System to make chords faster and start to see patterns that occur in lots of popular songs. The keys we will primarily be working in are C Major and A Minor, but the principles can be applied to any major or minor key. The theory taught in this video is applicable to any DAW, such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, Cubase, Reason, etc. and not just Logic Pro.
