Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how to make a delicious carne de puerco con papas en chile verde. I’m so excited to share it with you all because it’s seriously so delicious and my whole family enjoys it. Pots I use in my videos- calphalon
Blenders I use at the moment, Vitamix a3500 and Ninja BL770

Ingredients:
3 lbs pork shoulder butt roast
4 potatoes
1/2 white onion
5 Roma tomatoes or 1/2 can of tomato sauce
4 Anaheim peppers
4 serrano peppers
3 garlic cloves
Seasoned salt
Garlic salt
Cumin
Black pepper
About 1 tbsp oil
1 serving of love 💕

I like all your videos! Everything looks so delicious! I appreciate how you explain everything. Like this video I'm learning the right way to roast fresh chile and dried. I love chile de árbol but I usually burn it. I appreciate that you explained not to overcook tomatillos or they will get bitter, and to boil them. I used to boil them but now I roast them on the comál, but sometimes I burn them. The best recipe that I like is conchas! I LOVE fresh hot conchas from the panadería!!!! The one I used to go to made them with ground cinnamon sticks and the little specks of cinnamon inside the bread taste so good and the flavor of the dough is so good!!! I used to go there when they baked fresh breads in the morning while they're still hot and soft. The grocery stores conchas are dry and they don't have good flavor. Unfortunately the owner sold it when their father died. It's not the same anymore. So now I can try to make conchas myself. I love conchas dipped in a big cup of freshly made champurrado!!! You know how to make a lot of delicious foods! I was wondering who taught you how to cook? Your grandmother, your mom, and mother-in-law? If you made a cook book with all of your recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks I would buy it! Also how to make breads, cakes, Jello and other desserts. I save your videos on Pinterest, under "Best Mexican Food from Claudia on You Tube". But I have so many it's hard to organize them and find the recipe I'm looking for.
