Welcome to Greg's Kitchen Cooking Show. The potato bake l made for you today is high in everything bad for you but that's why it tastes soooo good!

Ingredients
3 medium to large potatoes
2-3 cups of cheese
3-5 rashers of bacon or ham
half an onion
2 cups of cream
a good knob of butter
a dash or 2 of milk
2 EGGS
bake for 1 hour - 1:10 at 180ºC or 356ºF and enjoy!

Hi!! I'm in grade 8 and am taking cooking class as an elective and at first I hated it but after seeing ur vids I see that cooking is actually really enjoyable!! We've made pancakes,blueberry muffins and cheese buns so far. I really wanna ask my teacher to let us make this at the end of the year!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!~Jessica

I did this for my girlfriend. It was fantastic - she loved it (as did I). I increased most quantities by about 25% (I had a bigger dish to fill than the one in the video), and probably at least doubled the bacon. I think the extra bacon worked extremely well. Many Thanks.

have you ever had Catholic pie, sometimes called Friday pies or butter pies they were delicious.you love butter.try them. it's very thin slices of potato slice onion tons of butter put into a short crust pie and baked until golden .

Awesome Greg,I've got this baby cooking up right now-smells freakin awesome! I used real garlic (5 cloves) and made the cream into cheese sauce, Hope it tastes as good as yours looks! All the best Greg.
