How to make Pressure Cooker Tandoori Chicken | പ്രഷർ കുക്കർ തന്തൂരി ചിക്കൻ
Tandoori chicken is grilled chicken , traditionally cooked in a tandoor or a clay oven.Chicken is marinated in yogurt and spices to make succulent smoky grilled chicken.
In this video I'm sharing an easy version where you can get the restaurant taste by cooking in a cooker. The initial 5 minutes in the cooker, gives smokey flavor to the chicken and remaining time chicken is cooked to perfection on a low flame. Try out this recipe and please do share your feedback!!

Chicken 1 kg
Marinade
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tsp( mix with oil)
Kashmiri chili powder 2 tbsp
Hung curd 4 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper power 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Kasuri methi 1 tsp
Lime juice of 1 lime

Tried it today. It was super easy. I cut the chicken into big pieces and did the process. And lastly I quickly shallow fried the chicken in butter. Will surely save this recipe. Thank you 😊

Pan method seems better. Otherwise, gases in the LPG , will be absorbed by the chicken

Though I don’t understand the language, I read the ingredients mentioned in English BUT THe last part when the chicken goes in the cooker, I don’t know how long in the cooker and what flame, please mention, thank u

Keep on high flame for 5 minutes and then reduce to low and cook for 15 -20 minutes depending on the size of chicken

Keep the chicken in the pressure cook and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Then reduce to low heat and cook for 15-20 minutes. Chicken will be perfectly cooked from inside though the outer portion looks like it is not, brown the outer portion using a blow torch or under the grill or as shown in the video.
