Hello friends
welcome to Tamil Computes,
In this video i will explain in detail about how to make projector at home, this is not a normal smart phone projector. I am using my tablet for main board and display, and it supported 1080p hd quality, so the output is in hd.
If you are using 1080p supported tablet and u also get hd 1080p output.
This video contains
1.What are the tools are used to make a projector

This projector contains 4 Essential units
1.Power Supply Unit (PSU)
2.Light Source
3.Display & Mother Board
4.Opticals & Projector Screen
All the units of the projector are explained clearly
My Highlights :
1.In this projector I have used Display and motherboard from my old Datawind Ubislate 7CZ Tablet to done it,
2.In this Projector I have used many materials like power card, CPU cooler fan, LCD Cooler fan power connection female sockets are taken from my old repaired computers to reduce my projector cost,
3.And I have used old plastic salt container for my projection main lens fixing,
4.And finally I have used my Dhoti(Vesti) for my projector screen and use some tapes to fix it

Avoid using condenser lense and set the led chip with only fresnel that will be the process of high brighteness.Although, condenser is used to make the brightness charmed but in this projector only fresnel is enough and 1 fresnel which lensing power is very high set this embedsing with reflector. In the led projector between of the 2 fresnel the 1st fresnel which have added with the led reflector is powerful high in lensing and the another fresnel which have after of lcd is less powerful than 1st fresnel in lensing. Here considering the A and B side for projection screen output is important also. In the 3 lcd and dlp technology the condenser technology is used. There projection lense system also tinny different. But in the led projector no need to use condenser. This is the main issue for darkness in your projection unit. Secondly, you did not setup the fresnel properperly and due to this screen size not showing square correctly. To fix this 1st set up the front fresnel by opposite part way then cheak the result also change the 1st fresnel lense position part too opposing. Example : A side to B side change. B side to A side change. Change this and make the correction of projection size perfectly on the wall. Because, fresnel lense A and B both side not are equal. This pattern keep important role in the projection. Thats why, must need to change A then B and B then A side according to the perfect set of projection in the wall. Hope, you understand bro.thnx

F 120 fresnel should come in back side of the lcd.and f 180 lense at the front side.if you use triplet lense f200 or 210 screen corners will be more bright and bigger screen with out distortion. Any way appreciate your effort 🔥👍
