How to make puff pastry pinwheel Samosa🚢⚓️

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp jeera
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 cup green peas
- 3 to 4 boiled mashed potatoes
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- chopped coriander
- 1 packet puff pastry
- Butter
Method
1) Thaw the puff pastry sheets in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours, or follow the instructions on the box.
2) Heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
3) Add all spices,ginger,chillies, green peas and mashed potatoes to the pan.
4) Mix until all the ingredients are well combined Take the potato filling off the heat and set it aside to cool completely
5) Once the sheets are thawed, roll out the puff pastry sheets onto a surface.
6) Top the puff pastry sheets with the cooled samosa filling,Spread the filling evenly.
7) Roll up each sheet from the long side until you reach the other side, Secure the ends.
8) The rolled puff pastry will look like logs.
9) Preheat the oven to 160*c
10) slice the dough logs into even pieces and transfer them to the baking sheet.
11)Leave enough space between each piece so that they can spread.
12) Now brush them with some melted butter.
13) Bake the pinwheels for about 30 mins or until golden brown in colour.
14) When done, remove from the oven.
15) Serve the beautifully baked samosa pinwheels with the chutney of your choice
