Sawing, Filing, Soldering and Stone Setting Burr etc.
Process of Making:
1- Melting Silver
2- Rolling Sheet and wire for making Bezel and Shank
3- Making Bezel for Pukhraj (Yellow Sapphire)
4- Making Shank with Sheet and Wire to Create Design for shank
5- Soldering Shank and Bezel together
6- Pre-polishing the ring frame
7- Setting Natural Pukhraj (Yellow Sapphire) in ring with setting tools especially Cross burr and Heart Burr etc.
8- Final Buffing and Polishing
9- Cleaning with Isopropyl Alcohol
10- Rhodium Plating the ring for bright White color.
