Here is a perfect recipe of badhiyan in punjabi style we call it vadiyan.
A good use of fat and meat. Bakra eid special recipe. It has delicious and very good taste. Too much better and pure from bazar.

Ingredients:
Meat/mutton/beef/minced meat/qeema 600 g or as require
Fat/charbi as require
Split bengal gram/daal chana 300 g
White lentil/daal mash 200 g
White lentil/daal moong 200 g
Water as require
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Red chili crushed 1/2 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tsp
Direction:
Take a pan add fat /charbi and meat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes to steam them.Then cook on low flame without covering for about 1 hours on low flame until golden brown. Let them cool. Shredded them or grind then in grinder or make small pieces with hand.
Take a large pot add cumin seeds, dry coriander seeds, crushed red chili, white lentil/daal mash, white lentil/daal moong, split bengal gram/daal chana, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt,shredder meat and water. Mix all the ingredients by adding a little water until they well combine. Make small balls and make vadiyan. Let them dry in sunlight. Delicious and tasty vadiyan are reay you can store them in glass jar for 1 years.
