This is an absolutely delicious No Bake, Fruit Layered, Rainbow Cheesecake made in individual portions.
You could easily make this as one large dessert too.
All you need for this recipe is lots of smiles and even more of patience but it will be worth it in the end.

You will Need
40g / 1.5oz of Digestive Biscuits or Graham Crackers
40g / 1.5 oz of Melted Butter
250g / 8oz of Cream Cheese
250g / 8oz of Thick Cream
4 teaspoons each of 6 different Flavoured Jello's
2 tablespoons of Hot Water for each Flavour
Some Whipped Cream - optional
Gold Lustre Dust - optional

Cheesecakes and rainbows are two of my most favorite things in the world! Knowing myself, I'd add more food coloring into the cream cheese paste because I prefer bolds instead of pastels! Speaking of BOLD I'm also rather enamored of that jacket as well, haha. What a FUN channel! New subscriber alert!! ^_^
