Thanks for the tutorial June really appreciate it. However my grasshopper has an issue with surface from points, there seems to be an error of surface could not be fitted. is there anything i can do to resolve the issue?

In divide surface component flatten the point and normals… it might work

Any idea why I might be having problems with "Surface from points" box? the error message says "1. A point in the grid is null. Fitting operation aborted"

No idea.. It is not a complex script, please try again. Also check if you flatten nodes in the Divide Surface component.

when i connect the result from the Addition to the surface grid it says the U value is not valid for this amount of points, how do I fix that?

Did you pur "1" in panel component?

This is great. June, is there a way to 'pin' the edges so they cannot move with the interior of the surface. In other words, so that the plane does not distort at all at the 4 extreme edges? Thanks tons.

It is a little bit hard to explain clearly, you can select points only at the center and move them up and down, and then use Replace Item to have original point set. Or, simply, I think you can just turn on the control point of the baked sutface and adjust manually.

HI! I tried to make a 1 meter x 1 meter panel with a height of 3 cm. I have a problem and that is that the surface appears all faceted to me. like it doesn't have a good loft. How can I make the surface smooth and uniform.

Try using smaller number of subdivisions. You can also bake smooth surface and scale it down in rhinospace.

Hello dear June Lee, I'm interested and impressed by your work every time, but wanting to do like you sometimes don't work. that's why I don't have your experience yet. I've been trying for some time to make triangular patterns on a pyramid and I can't do it, can you help us in this sense, because I'm not alone in this situation. I tell myself, the difficulty lies in the fact that the faces of the pyramid all meet at the top. a tuto on it would be a gift from heaven and Christmas at the same time.

Just make pyramid - connect Deconstruct Brep - connect Curve to Face node in Deconstruct Brep - connect Subdivide Triangle(Lunchbox comoponent) - change number in subdivide node
