In our college days we were mixed food colors and ink in the wet river sand and make different colors. Also mixed with different type of colors and make different shades. Now iam in my 61st year. Colors gives a positive energy.

Paint colour will not give good texture to your rangoli colours..so i will suggest to use food colour or chemical colour
