alternative for that you can use a old phones battery and solder the wire from the original battery to the phone battery

With this same car I used a 5V, 2.1A power bank but only steering is responding. Power goes off when I press forward or back. Is it because the 2.1A circuit is too low?

Yes, same thing is happening with me, I tried to increase the voltage using boost converter but speed is increasing gradually.

六年前我做了和你相似的事，我用了一块3.7v电池，用DC-DC升压模块提升到5.5v，不能正常工作，现在明白为什么了，电机的启动电流很大，你的充电宝还有我的DC-DC升压板都不能提供足够大的启动电流，也许直接替换成3.7v的电池是可行的

No, it's not recommended using tamiya engines, imho it's different torque, u will loss lots of torque if use tamiya engines

So much waste of time . . . And you ruined rc car. Result is =(0). Everybody can make more powerful rc car to put stronger battery. It's much easier.

more battery = more volt ur circut board is gonna wear out soon then ur esc will over work then ur ESC with break

@@faizkun4889 Teoreticly you're right, but increase from 6V NI-MH, to 7.4V (LI-PO),speed and strength is almost double more. I'm using car for 2 years.
