I'm Chef Ruben, an Italian personal chef from Rome!
Today I'm going to start a new format for people that want to learn how to cook like real Italians 😏
As you can see from the title today I'm going to do a dish that I like in particular: PASTA CACIO E PEPE.
In Italy, we use few ingredients, but really high quality, so please follow all the steps, and all the tricks but buy good and genuine ingredients😋
As always I let you decide what I'm going to cook in the next video, so comment with your favorite Italian dish and I will make it for you, from A to Z!😋

A mio parere è un insieme di micro filmati. La mantecatura viene interrotta continuamente. Forse perché non riusciva. 😁😁

Ciao Ruben ho avuto opportunità visitare Italia parechie volte e provare vostri piatti tipici. Ultima volta,cioè 2 setimane fa ho provato anche pasta cacio e pepe e mi ha piacciuto tantissimo!
