Update: since the 0.20 game update, the default world editor has changed when pressing F11. You can still access the 'Script AI Manager' tool by now pressing F11 and going to Tools > Gameplay > Script AI Manager. Edit: I just found the advanced video, and thanks, because that helped. But I do have one issue: The police sirens and lights. It doesn't record when I turn them on mid-recording, which causes me to have to quickly switch cars and turn the sirens and lights on quickly, which can lead to some mishaps. Any way to fix this?

first thing ive noticed while using script ai manager, that you draw the path, ai is trying to follow it, if you use blinkers, honk or what ever you want, it wont cause it aint recorder, no hate i just expressed my opinion, great video straight to point

Why after update is Display Path not working in the Script AI manager window??? I even deleted the game and reinstalled it to fix the problem, but the trajectory of the movement of transports after recording is not visible even with or without a check mark on the Display Path.

The script AI needs a lot of work. Really about the only thing it seems to be able to handle is highway cruising. It can't even maintain a slow speed such as 20 down a residential street without being super choppy with the accel. And if you record a high speed pursuit path for the AI to do they just flat out crash, sometimes while going in a straight line. I hope they put more work into developing this feature

Is there a way to make ai chase other ai? Like if you were chasing someone they can help you, like backup

I wish timing consistency wasn't an issue. In a police chase I'd record the police car right behind the fleeing suspect but when I play the script it's way behind compared to how I recorded it, how do I solve this issue?

Sadly you need to change the engines in the cop car to 4.5 instead of 5.5 if u want to go realistic

nice game,i always wanted traffic instead of by myself,but i have a few issues with my game,1st,o use both an xbox wired controller,so thats ok accept for steering issues,then i have the G29,with pedals/clutch shifter+18-speed,my issues with that,is programming it it steers ok and drives when i can get it to work,but at times setting it up,i have issues like the gas being the brake the brake the gas,sometimes setting the steering itself so it doesnt only turn 1 way and not go both ways,and i cant get the clutch to work,the games see it there but i cant set it so it will be driveable cuz car barely moves or wont shift into or out of gear so i have to set it with out the clutch and float it wit the clutch programmed more like setting it to shift it like automatic by being able to use shifter with no clutch,another issue is when i watch video and players spawn cars or start playing the car/cars move right away like they should,my issue is when i try that car doesnt move or go into gear,so i have to go to setting for that car and then i see parts are missing like drive shafts etc so then i have to readd the parts then it drives,another issue is sometimes i go into gear to start driving and the RPMS just rev high and car moves but wont upshift so i have to shut engine off to stop it so how can i fix this,then if i want the traffic to work like your doing do i spawn cars 1st or get the apps 1st cuz i tried and it doesnt work or the cars dont do how i wanna set it up or i cant drive them cuz after i pick options the car race off and i cant do anything or sometimes when the apps are on where i can see them options either wont let me choose them or if they do i dont see the options i want,so how do i do/fix this otherwise fun game
