Zemi Zemi making octodogs really is simple. you just cut the downer end of an sausagen like 2-4 times, so it has tentacles. then you Fry it in a Pan with a bit oil and they automaticly will open up

The only thing i would change is that i would make the holes in the fries before frying but i would fill them up with ketchup only after i fry them, because frying them with the ketchup inside causes the ketchup to get dry.

In my opinion, You should put in the ketchup after the fries are cooked. It makes it crisper, and warm ketchup doesn't work too well with hot fries.
