How to Make S'mores Cake

Toasted marshmallows, chocolate and a moist cinnamon cake, what's not to love about a s'mores cake??! This tender graham cracker cake is filled with a marshmallowy fluff, covered in chocolate buttercream, drizzled with dark chocolate throughout, and skirted with an addictive, crunchy graham cracker crumble. It’s a MUST make cake!!! I've baked this cake a few times and it's a total crowd pleaser. And yes, I think it makes a perfect birthday cake in case you're wondering.
What's my favorite part? I love the crunch from the Graham cracker crumble and the solidified chocolate in this cake, it contrasts well with the gooey marshmallow fluff! THis cake is SO YUMMY I really hope you ger a chance to make it soon.

I only like s'mores if the graham crackers are soft first .. But they are not even on my top 20 of things I would choose to have for a treat .. ( go figure )

My answer would be that nobody on Food Network worth watching anymore besides Alton (who's even been moved to the Cooking Channel himself). They have moved to reality food TV, rather than shows like this.

If you put a teeny drop of purple food coloring, it’ll color correct the yellow and make the buttercream more white!

I LOVE the sound you always make when you smack the cake pan upside down on the cooling rack to release the cake. It is a happy sound. Another beautiful cake!

Kids love graham crackers. When they are under the weather, break large pieces into a bowl, pour on a bit of warm milk and a sprinkle of sugar. For a nice treat, spread with softened butter and serve with a cold glass of milk. You are now becoming so comfortable in front of the camera. You are a natural. Thanks for posting.

Wow. I forgot about that. I used to spread butter on the smooth side of Graham crackers when I was a kid. I still love Graham crackers a lot. I still buy them every so often. Honey Maid is the best even though they are often not the most expensive. Chocolate, cinnamon sugar, or original, they're all amazing plain or dunked in milk. John is crazy.

I made this for my husbands 26 birthday 🎊 party I made 3 different cakes/recipes and everyone said the s’mores cake was da bomb 💣 I’m not a a pro baker but I’m obsessed with baking the right tasty desserts planning my own business it was hard because you definitely need the proper baking utensils but anything is possible with hard dedication and prayer thanks ur a life saver ❤️

I made this today for a friend’s bday, which happens to be National S’mores Day. It was amazing! Will definitely say that it is sugar overload: had extra toppings so made an extra layer for my husband and I and even one tier was a lot, so 3 tiers must be a killer. I’m glad I used dark chocolate in the frosting and melted. The graham crackers time should be checked at 5 minutes. At 10 mine were slightly caught.

For you UK people, I would TOTALLY be like "ah, give me some Graham crackers!" They are sweet and delicious. I've literally just eaten them for breakfast many times. They also come in chocolate and cinnamon sugar which are both very delicious. Many of us Americans have fond memories of cinnamon sugar graham crackers and milk. Or just the original. Or chocolate. Amazing! They're so delicious that a company made them into proper biscuits 35 years ago: Teddy Graham. John is crazy.

Not a fan of spiced cakes....I tried this recipe and all my friends and family loved it, I though everything about it was awesome..... except the spiced cake. Tried it again, but used one of your chocolate cake recipes..... 10/10. Awesome, everyone who tried it could say how much they loved it. And I use that marshmallow recipe every chance I get.
