Күн бұрынScallop Pasta has just a few ingredients but once mixed together they are simply the perfect pairing - imagine it: cherry tomatoes, parsley, lemon zest, garlic and chilli, then add the hero of the dish, fresh scallops, lightly seared and bursting with flavour. If you’re unsure where to start with cooking seafood, this is the ideal dish - super easy but exploding with aromas of the mediterranean. Y-U-M.

300g/10.5oz Fettuccelle/Spaghetti/Fettuccine Pasta
Fresh/Dry chilli
12 scallops (approc 6 pp)
2 garlic cloves
Cherry tomatoes
1 lemon
Fresh parsley (chopped)

@@Sanikaaaaaaaaa I was thinking the same thing. Not one, of the KZfaq channels I follow even comes close to Vincenzo. And Vincenzo, the pasta you chose was perfect and it looked amazing. I have everything I need to make this except the scallops, so I'm grabbing some this afternoon. I used to harvest them in Alaska for personal use. Soooooo good!

My personal thought was that the pasta should have been cooked earlier and timed to be finished when the tomatoes were taken out. It appears that everything got overcooked/overdone, as a result. Wonderful looking recipe, Vincenzo.

This is my perfect meal. There is nothing here I don't absolutely love! Scallops often get overlooked when it comes to seafood dishes and that's probably because they are so easy to overcook but done right, they are perfect vessels of sweet, slightly briny flavor. When cooked properly, they have a firm bite that yields instantly to a tender, silky middle. I might be tempted to use shells, cavatelli, or even orecchiette to get the pasta and scallops in the same bite, but the tagliatelle is more beautiful. Edit: I have everything I need to make this in my kitchen right now. I'm making it tonight!

Tried this recipe for dinner today, it was really nice!! My wife was happy, I was happy, no leftovers what so ever :-D Thank You, Sir!! PS! Try some fresh green salad as a side dish, the chili can get a little hot...

This was awesome! All I did different was add 1/4 cup of white wine and reduced it down.
