Almond Cake
Ingredients
Flour 100 gm
Caster Sugar 125 gm
Eggs 3 Pieces
Butter 125 gm
Almond Powder 25 gm
Baking Powder 4 gm
Lemon Essence ½ tsp
Method
Take a bowl. Mix sugar and butter in it. Beat eggs till creamy and add into the mixture. Now add flour, almond powder, baking powder and lemon essence in it. Mix this compound well and pour into the mold. Now bake it for 30 minutes at 180°.
