I am planning to make the bloomers and ruffle top. This is my first attempt at doll clothes since I made Cindy doll clothes as a child. Handsewn and very basic! Wish me luck and thankyou for wonderful instructions and patterns.

I just recently found you. I subscribed and printed your patterns out. So far I have made the baby wipes and the diaper bag.. i am in the processor making the pj's. I can't wait for the bloomers. I'm making these for my great granddaughter for Easter. She will be so excited. I know I am.

Very cute outfit! I would like to recommend though, that black is hard to see right/wrong sides of, so that would be better demonstrated by using a print with clear right/wrong sides for your demonstration garment. Even so, thank you for this tutorial. The clothes are beautiful. I had one more thought which might be novel but I'm not sure if it will work. If the first sewing lines for the bodice were traced onto the fabric with a tracing wheel (do they still sell the copying paper and wheel kits anymore?) it might be easier for many people to sew on those lines FIRST from whole cloth, then cut out the pattern template, to get nice small 1/8" seams.

I was trying to do darker fabric as a few people stated some of the fabric was to light and blended with my sewing machine in my last video. I am not sure if they still sell those wheel kit anymore either but maybe a disappearing ink pen might work for your suggestion to trace out the the pattern, sew it and then cut it. Hi, Its an embroidery and sewing machine and I am too lazy to change it out. Though it works as I have have a Thread exchanger that allows me to use the big spool of thread.
