Pro tip, when putting in your sauce, put it on the side of the pan and let it run in to the stir fry, it allows the sauce to caramelize a little and better coat the food. Also, brining your shrimp before hand will lead to a much better texture when cooking.

At mark 3:29 or so, using the closed caption feature, this is what it says she's saying. "Tablespoon cornstarch right from water and I would pour it in my panties"! LOL! Anyway... all kidding aside, it looks very delish and I am making it for my daughter & her fiance.
