In Tonga we call it lolo faikakai. Then we would used bake breadfruit to tip it in the siamu popo…so good

We have version of latik (coconut syrup but thicker texture to make it) We watched your onsite show last week at Polynesian Cultural. That was amazing. Are there institutions in your area that teach basket weaving, traditional cooking, jewelry making, canoe building etc? I'm nterested in your culture, it's VERY similar to mine but majority of your elders with these skills are either dead or refuse to pass down the knowledge.
