How to Make Perfect Jowar Roti/Paratha
Jowar, also known as Sorghum, is a versatile and nutrient-rich grain perfect for creating a variety of delicious dishes. Whether you're looking to make traditional Jowar Roti, a hearty Jowar Khichdi, or a savory Jowar Dosa, this gluten-free grain has got you covered.

Ingredients:
⚖️ 1 Cup Jowar ka Aata
⚖️ 1 Cup + 2 tbsp Water
⚖️ 1 tsp Til
⚖️ Pinch of Hing
⚖️ 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder
⚖️ 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
⚖️ Salt
⚖️ 1 tbsp Flax Seeds Powder
⚖️ 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
⚖️ 1/4th Cup Coriander Leaves
⚖️ 1 tsp Oil
Note: You can also make vegetable paratha by adding your preferred vegetables like carrot, beetroot, etc in tge dough!
If you're a beginner, don't worry! Using this method you can make your Jowar Roti soft & without breaking. These vegan-friendly rotis also known as Jolada Roti, is a traditional favorite that you can easily prepare at home!
