Ive just learned about grinding oats into flour, my whole life just ate them regular but after cutting out wheat from my diet this will work perfect thank you

I have been experimenting with this a while now and finally got it down.. Glad to see i did it the same way minus the crisco.. I used coconut oil

I used olive oil. Delicious and nutritious. Crisco it's not healthy.

This is quite delicious. I have started making this a few months ago,however, I use coconut oil instead of shortening.

This was a very simple recipe. Followed it excatly, baking piwder is fresh. There are many words to describe the results but soft and fluffy are not amongst them. First two turned out with matzo like consistency. The remaining dough was shaped as biscuits and baked in an effort to salvage the materials as a hardtack like biscuit. Dont know whst went wrong but live and learn

I would normally try all your recipes and they will come out perfect, I tried this and it came out stiff 😢 any suggestions why this might hve happened. I did evrthing the video showed

This looks a lot like Lavash Bread made by Joseph's Bakery and distributed by PriceSmart .. But it's been out of stock due to importation problems with the Pandemic .. I used to purchase it regularly .. And yes it's very versatile .. But can crack easily ..

Yes you’re correct it does look like Joseph’s. Now I buy the Pita bread also at price mart a good substitute as it’s locally made in Diego Martin. I will definitely be making this one thanks Natasha

Oat Flour. ... Oats consist of beta-glucan, which is a soluble fiber that aids in digestion. Oat flour tends to keep the stomach satiated, thereby keeping hunger pangs at bay while keeping you full, making it a suitable flour for weight loss.

It needs more water . The dough has to be soft. If you are using whole wheat try adding a little white flour to hold it.
