38:26 the way I see it, everything is M except the last box which contains the rest (VVM, VC, VP). App architecture is a collection of multiple MVC/MVVMs. If we take this Image Processing part as an example , in an MVVM architecture , processing logic is the model, model to view preparation logic goes in VM because view doesn't understand everything model has because model is view agnostic, and data binding goes in View. Most devs always get confused about Model thinking it's only DTOs , it's not.
