I started learning to make sourdough bread 8 months ago, to save money on our weekly shop, learn a new skill and save on some packaging waste. I then decided to extend my sourdough skills to make focaccia and bagels too. These recipes are supposed to be for beginners from a beginner. 515g bread flour
10g salt

290g White Flour
70g Whole-wheat flour
90g sourdough starter
280g warm water
10g sea salt
(you don't have to use whole-wheat if you don't want to, you can just do all white flour)
