I hate pickles but love EVERYTHING having to do with southern fried anything lmao soo I'm still watching... and wondering if I can substitute the pickles for some chicken pieces (LOL) and make some fried southern popcorn chicken with the same flour mixture?

These were so good! I had to leave out the egg (rationing eggs due to shortages at the stores from the hoarders) but they still came out perfectly using just buttermilk. Great way to use up the giant jar of pickles I had leftover from a bbq.

I just made some and they were addicting and delicious!! I substituted the flour with corn meal and I think that was a mistake because it made it too grainy, I should've just stuck to the recipe lols.

I found your page through a comment on stovetopkisses page and let's just say you got a new subbie simply because fried pickles are my favorite appetizer 😍😍😍 and ion eat restaurant fried pickles either fr it's only like 3 places where I'll get them from the rest have too much bread, too greasy, or too salty & sometimes all of the above but these look fluffy and light & not greasy

Deep fried pickles are my favorite appetizer. I had these while I was at the Movie Tavern (besides popcorn and a Coca-Cola icee) with my family, where we went to see Christopher Robin (my favorite Disney movie).

just an FYI = most mayo's to include duke are made with GMO soy oil and other stuff you rather not have. if i don't make my own which i do now on the regular. i will buy hellman's organic. at least target got that right.
